Solution for Not Receiving Emails from Our Site in Proton Mail

If you encounter issues receiving the email verification code when registering an account, please refer to the following methods:

1. Check the Email Format

First, verify that the email format is correct. If there is an extra, missing, or incorrect character, simply register again using the correct email.

2. Add Gname’s Email to the Whitelist  

If the email format is correct and you still aren’t receiving the verification email, try adding Gname's email address to your Proton Mail whitelist. After adding it, try resending the system email.

Guide for Adding to Whitelist in Proton Mail

-Step 1: Log in to Proton Mail, locate the settings icon on the page, and click “Settings” > “All Settings.”  

Step 3: Choose “Email” as the type, then enter gname@gname.vip or gname@gname.net in the input field and click “Add Email.”  

After successfully adding it to the whitelist, return to the Gname registration page and resend the email. If you still don’t receive it, please contact Gname customer support for further assistance!
