1.Check the Email Format

First, verify that the email format is correct. If there is an extra, missing, or incorrect character, simply register again using the correct email.

2.Add Gname’s Email as a Safe Sender

If the email format is correct and you still aren’t receiving the verification email, try adding Gname’s email as a safe sender in your email settings. After doing this, you can try resending the system email.

Step 1: Log in to your Outlook/Hotmail/Live Mail account, click the settings button, and go to the settings page.

Step 2: In the settings page, select “Mail” > “Junk Email” > “Add Safe Senders.” Enter gname@gname.vip or gname@gname.net in the input box, then click “OK.” Finally, click “Save” in the bottom right corner.

Once saved, return to the Gname registration page and resend the email. If you still don’t receive it, please contact Gname customer support for further assistance!
